Paper Industry Statistics
A3P collects statistics on Australia’s pulp & paper industry including production, consumption, imports, exports, employment, sales, energy consumption, recycling and other environmental measures. These statistics cover the six major Australian producers of office paper, newsprint, packaging, household and sanitary tissue.

A3P Member Statistics
A3P collects statistics covering member companies in the three sectors of plantation growing, sawntimber production and pulp & paper manufacturing. Statistics include production sales, employment, investment, sustainable forest management certification and greenhouse gas emissions.

Timber Product Survey
A3P records Monthly sales volume statistics for Australian plantation softwood products. Companies participating in the survey represent approximately 85% of the total volume of plantation softwood products produced in Australia. Volumes presented are those related to the A3P survey.
Other Government Statistics
ABARE - ABARE is the Australian Bureau of Agriculture and Resource Economics is a Federal Government economic research agency. ABARE collect data on Australia’s agricultural, fishing, forestry, energy and minerals industries and the quality of the Australian environment.
BRS National Plantation Inventory - The National Plantation Inventory is a collection of data that is voluntarily provided by plantation and farm forest owners and managers, private forest development committees, farm forestry networks and state and territory agencies, who have a vital role in its collection.
